Pay Per Driver — How It Works
• A $100 administration fee is charged today to activate your campaign.
• Each time a driver registers, you are automatically charged $125.
• Driver registrations are unlimited — any number of drivers can sign up automatically.
• You must manually stop your campaign — funds are held and released to Ad for Income on verified completion, or returned to you if the driver does not complete.

5. Driver Vehicle Standards
To maintain the professional presentation of your brand, Ad for Income enforces strict vehicle eligibility standards for all drivers participating in advertising campaigns. The following requirements apply:
Single-Color Vehicles Only
All participating driver vehicles must be a single, uniform exterior color. Two-tone, custom wrap, or multi-colored paint schemes are not permitted, as they may conflict with or detract from your brand's visual identity.
Pre-Approval Required
Every vehicle is reviewed and pre-approved by the Ad for Income team before a driver may participate in any campaign. Approval is based on overall appearance, condition, and suitability as a brand-representative platform.
Minimal to No Visible Damage
Vehicles with significant dents, scratches, rust, fading, or body damage will not be approved. Minor cosmetic wear may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, but the overall condition must meet our presentation standards.
Clean & Professional Appearance
Drivers are required to maintain a clean, well-kept vehicle throughout the campaign period. We strongly recommend — and reserve the right to require — that vehicles remain washed and presentable for the duration of your campaign.
These standards are enforced to protect your brand's image and ensure consistent, professional representation across all participating vehicles.
6. Client Representations & Intellectual Property

By submitting Ad Content, Client confirms:

Client agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ad for Income LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, legal fees, or liabilities arising from:
Ad for Income LLC is not responsible for verifying the ownership or legality of Client-provided materials. The obligation to ensure rights clearance rests solely with the Client.
🚫 Right to Refuse or Remove
Ad for Income LLC reserves the right to refuse or remove any Ad Content at its sole discretion, including if:
No refunds are guaranteed if removal is due to Client violations of this Agreement.
📋 Limitation of Liability
Ad for Income LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of business, revenue, or expected results from advertising performance. Our liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by Client under this Agreement.
