Pricing or Promotional Offers

  • discounts
  • daily deals
  • coupons
  • giveaways
  • "BOGO"
  • "cheap THC"
  • "best prices"
  • or other sales-driven cannabis promotions

Medical or Health Claims

  • pain relief
  • anxiety treatment
  • sleep aid
  • stress reduction
  • or any therapeutic representation

Youth-Oriented Content

  • cartoons
  • mascots
  • toys
  • candy-style branding
  • animated characters
  • gaming/anime targeting
  • or any imagery appealing to minors

Misleading or Unlawful Representations

  • claims of legality outside Montana
  • impaired driving encouragement
  • false product claims
  • unlicensed product promotion

✓ Approved Advertising Content

Approved advertising content is generally limited to:

  • business name
  • professional logo
  • business location
  • website
  • QR code
  • contact information
  • compliant brand identity graphics

Enforcement & Legal Responsibility

Base 44 Reserves the Right to reject, remove, deny, suspend, or terminate any advertisement deemed non-compliant, unsafe, unlawful, misleading, or inconsistent with Montana cannabis advertising standards.

Advertiser Responsibility assumes full legal responsibility for submitted content and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Base 44, AdForIncome.com, participating drivers, vehicle owners, and affiliated partners from any claims, penalties, enforcement actions, fines, or liabilities arising from submitted advertising materials.
