Your DMCA takedown notice must include the following information:

A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by you, the copyright owner, or the law.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Upon receiving a valid and complete infringement notice, we are committed to acting promptly. Our process:
Acknowledgment
We acknowledge receipt of your notice within 1–2 business days.
Review
Our team reviews the claim and identifies the reported content.
Removal
Valid infringing content is removed or disabled within 3–5 business days of a complete, valid notice.
Notification
We notify the uploader and provide you confirmation of removal.
We do not wait — valid notices are acted on as fast as possible, often same day.
Ad for Income maintains a strict repeat infringer policy in accordance with the DMCA and applicable law.
First confirmed infringement results in immediate content removal and a formal warning issued to the account.
A second confirmed infringement results in suspension of the account's ability to upload or publish content.
A third confirmed infringement, or a single egregious violation, results in permanent account termination.
Account bans are permanent. Users who repeatedly upload infringing content — including brand logos, copyrighted images, or trademarked materials they do not own — will be permanently removed from the platform with no appeal.
If you believe your content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to admin@adforincome.com. Your counter-notice must include your name, address, phone number, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court.
