1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ad for Income LLC ("Ad for Income," "we," "our," or "us"), a Montana limited liability company, governing your access to and use of the AdForIncome.com platform.

By creating an account, submitting a campaign, registering as a driver, making a payment, or otherwise using the platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into contracts, and that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety.

โš ๏ธ If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Platform Overview & Role of Ad for Income

Ad for Income operates as a technology marketplace that connects independent vehicle owners ("Drivers") with businesses and individuals seeking vehicle-based outdoor advertising ("Advertisers"). Ad for Income is not an employer, staffing agency, advertising agency, or party to any agreement between Drivers and Advertisers.

โœ“

Drivers are independent users โ€” not employees, contractors, or agents of Ad for Income.

โœ“

Advertisers are independent businesses or individuals โ€” not agents or partners of Ad for Income.

โœ“

Ad for Income provides platform infrastructure, payment processing, campaign coordination, and verification services only.

โœ“

Nothing in these Terms creates any employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchise relationship.

3. Account Registration, Verification & Identity

To use certain platform features, you must register an account and complete our identity and profile verification process.

โœ“

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and at all times thereafter.

โœ“

Advertisers are required to submit a valid government-issued ID before creating campaigns.

โœ“

Drivers are required to submit vehicle information and complete verification before participating in campaigns.

โœ“

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

โœ“

Ad for Income reserves the right to verify your identity, business legitimacy, and submitted materials at any time.

โœ“

Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate permanent termination.

4. Content Approval Workflow

All advertiser campaign content โ€” including logos, brand artwork, and associated materials โ€” is subject to manual review and approval by the Ad for Income team before the campaign goes live to drivers. By submitting content, you agree to the following approval process:

1

Submission

Advertiser submits campaign materials including brand logo, campaign details, and payment.

2

Queue Review

Content enters the Admin Approval Queue. Campaigns do NOT go live until explicitly approved by Ad for Income staff.

3

Content Check

Admin team reviews for compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy including checks for scams, counterfeit businesses, adult content, hate speech, illegal promotions, copyright violations, and political compliance issues.

4

Approval or Rejection

Approved campaigns are activated and become visible to drivers. Rejected campaigns are removed and the advertiser is notified with a specific reason.

5

Rejection Refunds

If a campaign is rejected before any driver registers, the advertiser receives a refund of the applicable fees minus any non-refundable administrative processing costs.

6

Post-Approval Monitoring

Ad for Income reserves the right to revoke approval and remove any campaign at any time if new information comes to light or circumstances change.

Approval is not guaranteed. Ad for Income is a private platform and has sole discretion to accept or reject any campaign for any lawful reason. Rejection is not a breach of contract.
